I have had nothing but good experiences at Weavers Diesel for the past 5 or 6 years. I recently took my truck in to get the transmission cooler lines replaced with after-market lines. The owner quoted me less than $500. Went to pick the truck up and the charge was $782. The Service Writer told me the owner should not be quoting work. Didn't leave with a very good feeling.
Hey Larry I greatly apologize for the misunderstanding. We definitely should have been able to provide you with a better answer of why the estimate was that far off. Of course this definitely is not to the norm. I have been caught throwing numbers out during casual conversation and being off. I really make a valiant effort of not doing that. That's why I have two good service writers. Upon your next visit I will make sure to make it up to you. Five or six years of good service is as valuable to me as it is you. Thank you for letting me know of our shortcomings. I wish I would have known during the visit. James Weaver
