As usual I've trusted my rig with larry, James, and the trusted technicians at Weavers, recently I had a life/rig threatening experience, with my baby a 2001 E450 ambulance conversion to a serious overland/ expedition unit, I suffered what could have been a terminal experience, I made an uncommon emergency phone call to larry, he immediately notified James, they got my rig in, in a moment's notice from a very dangerous situation, to evaluate the electrical fire I had experienced in the deep woods of a mountainous region of N. IDAHO, without delay the put one of their best techs on the job, even when they had a 2 week backup work load, I was dumbfounded these men are like a F1 race crew, getting me back in the woods in record time, I can't thank James, larry and my apologies i forgot the techs name "my bad" he even went over everything in detail I feel so bad for not remembering his name, help out here James with all the techs that took care of my baby, I just want to thank the entire crew at Weavers, my rigs not an easy platform to maintain but you guys and gals are the best to me.

I know that you refrained for stating the fact that this situation was due to prior work that we performed on your vehicle. It would be so easy to write a negative review in this case and even though I am putting the facts out on the table, I thank you for not doing so. It shows two things, the way that I am blessed with customers such as yourself and also the fact that if we are at fault we will always go above and beyond to take care of it 100%. Just like I always say, in this line of work there is more that can make a job go wrong than can ever make it go right! It all comes down to how we ( the customer and my team) handle it when things don't go so well. Clay, the tech you had mentioned performed the work, and yes he is a true asset to our team here at Weavers and is a very knowledgeable technician.
