Every interaction was as professional and enjoyable as possible, even getting the tough news that my timing belt broke and may have damaged the engine. They gave me all of the information all of the time, and had done the due diligence to make sure the information was correct. Every person was professional, and they had real care and concern. The repair is a lot of work, and not all of it is completed yet, but so far what has been done is top tier work.
